Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package.

2. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return your product within 45 days of the receipt date.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made via our contact form.
  • Returns are free, subject to compliance with the above conditions.

Return shipping costs will be covered by Novasparke if the conditions are met.

3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

Refund Procedure

To submit a refund request, please send us proof (photos or videos) of the product within 7 days of receipt. Requests without supporting documentation cannot be processed.
