2. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Novasparke and the customer. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted the GTC without reservation.
3. Ordering Procedure
Orders can be placed online on our website. The customer selects the products of their choice and adds them to their shopping cart. Before confirming the order, the customer must provide the necessary delivery information and proceed with payment.
4. Payment
Payment for products is made by credit card, Stripe, or Klarna. Transactions are secure, and the customer’s bank details are not stored by Novasparke.
5. Delivery
We offer delivery to all countries, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 15 days. Delivery costs are included in the price of the products. In case of a delivery delay, the customer will be notified by email.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification or pay any penalties.
